New Product Recognition Grinder (PRG) JURA engineers developed the Product Recognition Grinder (PRG) to provide the optimum grind for each coffee specialty. The electronically controlled high-performance grinder adjusts to a predefined grind consistency in less than a second – much faster and more continuously than can be done manually. Its spectrum ranges from very fine for short classics to very thick for long specials. However, coffee lovers need not worry, because the adjustment is made automatically each time a drink is prepared and can be selected individually before each preparation with the Aroma Selection feature, if desired.
